Individuals and Legal Aid Beneficiaries
When you seek legal advice,
you need to be sure it is professional, of a consistently high quality and
value for money. We aim to meet those standards. Our clients believe we
can, for most of our new clients come to us on the recommendation of our
existing ones.
Appointments: please
telephone to make an appointment. This means we can prepare for our
meeting with you and allow sufficient time. Please tell us if you would
prefer to meet in an ground floor office when you make the appointment;
wheelchair access is possible.
Emergencies: we will
always try to see or talk to you immediately if you require advice in an
emergency.
Office hours: we are
open from 9am to 1pm and 2.15pm to 5pm. If these hours are inconvenient,
we can arrange appointments at other times to suit you.
Our fees: we are happy
to provide an estimate of our fees and other legal charges in advance.
Legal
Aid: we have been awarded a Legal Aid franchise. In addition to
meeting high standards for client service and practice management, it
means that we can in certain circumstances grant Legal Aid without the
delays often associated with prior reference to the Legal Aid Board.
Home visits: if you are
unable to visit our office for any reason then we can arrange to meet you
at home or in hospital.
