The Partner responsible for our Family Law Department is Samantha Jeanes who is a member of Resolution and a member of the Advanced Family Law Panel.

We can help you with a number of family issues including:

• Children Issues including: Contact Matters, Child Arrangement Orders, Prohibited Steps and Specific Issue
• Adoption Matters and Special Guardianships
• Domestic Abuse – We are very sensitive to issues surrounding domestic abuse. We can visit clients in a Refuge or hold meetings in our office. We can protect your whereabouts and offer urgent assistance with injunctions and occupation orders. Some injunctions can be obtained on the same day if the circumstances dictate urgent assistance is required.
• Public Law Proceedings (Care Proceedings) where social services are involved with your family.
